2-time Stanley Cup champ added to Nanaimo Clippers ownership group

The Nanaimo Clippers hockey club is going through an ownership transition.
Roman Tkachenko and Oleg Tverdovsky are new investors and members of the club’s ownership group.
Brad Kwong, who has led the organization since Northern Lights Hockey Canada acquired the Clippers in 2022, will remain managing partner and will continue to guide the franchise’s strategic direction, league relationships, and community partnerships, the hockey club said in a release.
