Young people getting interested in buying vacation properties: Re/Max

More young people are buying vacation properties in the Laurentians, says François Villiet, the general director of three Re/Max franchises in the region.
“I think millennials like leisure activities more than other generations,” he says.
While he still sees baby boomers buying second homes, he says he’s seeing more and more young families buying in the region, or planning to buy in the future. 
It appears to be having an effect on the market.
