Yellow Pages sells ComFree/DuProprio to Purplebricks for $51 million

Yellow Pages announced Monday that its Yellow Pages Digital Solutions and Media subsidiary has reached an agreement to sell the ComFree/DuProprio network to Purplebricks Group Plc. of the United Kingdom for $51 million.
The proposed cash-free, debt-free transaction is expected to take place around July 6, subject to the usual conditions.
