All concert tours have to begin somewhere, and in the case of Katy Perry’s latest, that somewhere was Montreal’s Bell Centre.
It wasn’t always going to be that way — Montreal only got the nod because of “unavoidable production delays” — but that is how Witness: The Tour began.
