Willa may rain down on Montreal as season's first nor'easter
Hurricane Willa is no more. Downgraded to a tropical storm, the weather system that devastated parts of Mexico dissipated around 10 a.m. Wednesday, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
