While you were sleeping: Montreal's new mayor sworn in today

Montreal’s new mayor, Valérie Plante, will be sworn in Thursday afternoon at a ceremony at the Bonsecours market.
Plante, 43, and the rest of the city council will then be in charge of Montreal for the next four years. 
On Wednesday, Plante visited Sun Youth and vowed she wouldn’t change her sunny ways.
