West Islanders like their cars
The vast majority of West Islanders rely on their cars to get from home to work; under one-quarter take public transit, a study suggests.
According to a Montreal Metropolitan Community (MMC) study, 22 per cent of Dorval residents and 19.3 per cent of Pointe-Claire residents use public transit to head to work, based on 2016 data.
