West Island green access road sparks petition

Wed, Sep 19: A battle is brewing over a green access road slated to connect Pierrefonds to an eventual REM station in Kirkland. As Global’s Billy Shields reports, a petition has been launched to include an urban boulevard to help ease traffic in the area.
