'We're committed': Champlain Bridge is 65% done, on track for December

Progress on the new Champlain Bridge is proceeding on track, say the builders in charge of the $4.2-billion project. 
Daniel Genest, the director of co-ordination for Signature on the St. Lawrence, told reporters Friday the work is 65 per cent completed, and he’s confident he can meet the December deadline to open the bridge to traffic.
