Weekend traffic update Aug. 5-7: Triathlon, fireworks to close roads

Here are some trouble spots to avoid if possible this weekend.
Montreal International Triathlon
Closure of Exit 7 of the Ville-Marie Expressway East on Saturday and Sunday from 3:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Complete closure of Viger Ave. and the Ville-Marie Expressway West between Papineau Ave. and the entrance to Hôtel-de-Ville Ave. on Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
On Saturday and Sunday from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., many streets will be closed for a triathlon. These include:
