Weekend traffic: Highway 720 closed, Jacques Cartier complicated

Drivers this weekend won't be able to access Highway 720 in either direction from downtown, which means there will be some ramp closures on the Turcot Interchange. Access to the Jacques Cartier Bridge from Longueuil to Montreal will also be complicated.
