Watch: Gathering at the Kahnawake Pow Wow

The annual Kahnawake Pow Wow is being held this weekend.
The event began as a way to honour the Mohawk resistance to the Canadian Forces during the 1990 Oka Crisis.
The Pow Wow also celebrates Indigenous culture and brings together people from Montreal and its suburbs with their Mohawk neighbours. It welcomes First Nations from across North America for a weekend of dancing, home cooking and fun.
