Update: Turcot ramps reopen after being deemed safe for traffic

The access ramps off of Highway 15 at the Turcot Interchange that were closed for emergency inspections Tuesday morning have reopened, Transport Quebec said.
Two access ramps off of Highway 15 leading to the 20 West at the Turcot interchange were closed for emergency inspections early Tuesday after a report that concrete had fallen from the structure. The report was issued at 5 a.m.
Transport Quebec said the structure was inspected to ensure it was safe to reopen the ramps.
