Update: Formula E organizer says Coderre withheld number of tickets sold

The main organizer of Montreal’s Formula E race said it was former mayor Denis Coderre who elected to withhold the number of tickets sold during the event.
It was the choice of the mayor’s office – on the suggestion of event promoter Evenko – to not unveil the ticket sales, Sylvain Vincent, the director of Montréal c’est électrique — the non-profit organization set up by the city to run the race, told the Journal de Montréal.
