Update: Firefighters free workers dangling from Côte-St-Luc high-rise

The Montreal fire department’s specialized rescue team has rescued a pair of workers who were left dangling 20-storeys from the ground Thursday morning after the scaffold they were working on partially collapsed.
The incident occurred at about 8:15 a.m. at a high-rise at 5470 Cavendish Blvd. near Kildare Rd.
After two hours, the workers, who were not injured, were taken to hospital as a precaution.
