Update: Ex-PQ leader André Boisclair released after arrest

Former Parti-Québécois leader André Boisclair has been arrested in Quebec City and could face charges of impaired driving, intimidation and refusing a blood alcohol test in connection with a road accident.
Quebec City police say they arrested a 51-year-old man at 12:35 a.m. Thursday after a car ran into a lamp post on St-Joseph St. in the Saint-Roch neighbourhood of the provincial capital.
