Update: Bonaventure Expressway reopens following emergency roadwork

The westbound Bonaventure Expressway toward downtown Montreal has reopened after emergency electrical work was done Monday. 
Two of the Bonaventure Expressway’s three westbound lanes near downtown Montreal were closed Monday morning because of a slope, caused by a difference in roadway elevations, that the the Sûreté du Québec deemed dangerous for motorists.
