Update: Atwater Tunnel expected to be completely reopened by rush hour

The Atwater Tunnel southbound lanes are expected to be reopened to traffic by 3 p.m. Thursday, 48 hours after being flooded when a water main was cut during nearby roadwork.
The reopening was announced by the Sud-Ouest borough on Twitter on Thursday morning.
