Uncertainty, attention made Dutoit's position 'untenable,' London Royal Philharmonic says

Charles Dutoit is leaving the London Royal Philharmonic earlier than expected. He had planned to retire from his position as artistic director and principal director in 2019.
His departure was immediate.
