Ukrainians serving free 'Merci Borsch' in 5 Quebec cities on Sunday

As a way to say thank you to the government and people of Quebec, members of the Quebec Provincial Council of the Ukrainian Canadian Congress will be serving bowls of Ukraine’s signature dish for free on Sunday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. CBC's Sonali Karnick speaks with the organization's president, Michael Shwec, about the event and newly-displaced Ukrainians in Quebec.
