Ugo Fredette makes Ottawa court appearance on 5 new charges

The Saint-Eustache man already facing murder charges for the deaths of Véronique Barbe and Yvon Lacasse was shuttled from Saint-Jérôme, Que., to Ottawa Tuesday morning to face five new charges in Ontario.
