Two teens dead after being struck by car in Rouyn-Noranda

Quebec provincial police are trying to determine the circumstances behind a road accident that cost two teenaged girls their lives Wednesday afternoon.
The incident occurred at about 4:30 p.m. on Grenada St. in the Abitibi city of Rouyn-Noranda, where the girls, both aged 16, walked along the shoulder of the road.
For reasons that have yet to be determined, a motorist in his 20s seems to have drifted off the road and struck both victims, killing one at the scene while the other died of her injur
