Two Quebec engineers punished for bid-rigging schemes

Former executives at two high-profile Quebec companies breached the province’s code of ethics for engineers by being involved in contract-sharing schemes in Montreal and Laval for years.
The judgments were made public Monday by the Quebec Order of Engineers’ disciplinary council.
