Trudeau says Canada is working to prevent dumped Chinese steel

During a visit to the Rio Tinto AP60 Technology Centre Monday in Saguenay, QC., Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said he told U.S. President Donald Trump that Canada also faces challenges of cheap global steel and foreign dumping.
