Trudeau 'encouraged' by NAFTA progress as Canada faces pressure to sign or face auto tariffs

Canadian Foreign Affairs Minister Chrystia Freeland has arrived in Washington to sit down with her American counterparts to hammer out a trilateral deal, a day after Mexico and the U.S. put pen to paper on a draft agreement in principle.
