Trucks involved in Highway 40 crash, explosion were too close: report

Almost a year after a diesel truck exploded on the Metropolitan Expressway, killing the driver who was trapped in the cab, Quebec’s health and workplace safety board says there was not enough distance between the vehicles involved to avoid the collisions.
