Traffic jam in Longueuil after driver hits two cars, cement railing

A man driving dangerously with four young kids in his minivan caused a massive traffic jam on westbound Highway 20 in Longueuil Saturday when he collided with a cement railing.
Police were forced to close two out of three lanes to investigate the collision – the third collision caused by the driver as he made his way from the 40 West near Henri-Bourassa to Longueuil.
