Tracking bracelets not adapted to realities of Quebec's remote communities, advocates say

Those working with victims of conjugal violence on the North Shore say a one-size-fits-all approach to protecting women is not working for their region. Two years after the province introduced tracking bracelets, none of the devices are currently in use there.
