Top on school board Parents' Committee wish list is stability

Following a year rocked by scandal and turmoil, the Lester B. Pearson School Board Parents’ Committee wants to see the recent period of stability continue.
Last week, LBPSB council of commissioners chair Suanne Stein Day submitted a letter of resignation to council, effective immediately. She took a leave of absence for medical reasons in April. In her letter, dated Nov. 6, she stated that the situation had not improved enough to return to work.
