Texas court orders Bombardier to pay $10 million over 'loser' engine

A Texas court of appeals has ruled against Bombardier Aerospace, confirming a lower-court decision that ordered the Montreal-based company to pay two Texas businessmen nearly $8.1 million U.S. ($10.5 million Canadian) in damages.
At issue was a used engine in a plane Bombardier sold to the men as “new.”
