Teens charged with brutal beating in Quebec City rearrested

A pair of teens arrested in connection with a brutal beating of another adolescent on Oct. 20 in Quebec City have been rearrested and detained after violating their release conditions, police announced Friday.
 
The first 13-year-old suspect, who cannot be identified because of her age, was arrested Oct. 23 after a video of a 15-year-old being viciously attacked in front of a grocery store in the Quebec City neighbourhood of Limoilou went viral.
