Super clinic to open in Côte-des-Neiges

Fri, Feb 23: Residents in Côte-des-Neiges will now have access to their own super clinic. As Global’s Elysia Bryan-Baynes reports, Quebec has been rolling out the service to help with ER overcrowding.
