Summer detours: Transport announces major Montreal roadwork

The usual suspects will be the cause of most of Montreal’s traffic headaches this summer, as continuing work on the new Champlain Bridge, the rebuilding of the Turcot Interchange, and work on the Bonaventure Expressway promises to slow commuters. Preliminary building of the REM express rail line will also bring detours on the Deux-Montagnes commuter rail line
