St-Henri merchants upset over decision to make Rose-de-Lima St. one-way
A city decision to convert Rose-de-Lima St. in St-Henri into a one-way street to promote security and pedestrian flow has collided head-on with Notre-Dame St. merchants who say it will take away traffic from their businesses.
