Spooktacular Quebecers really love Halloween: poll

A new poll suggests 54 per cent of Quebecers will participate in Halloween festivities, and they’ll spend an average of $84 on this year’s celebrations — $15 more than last year.
The poll was conducted by L’Observateur for the Conseil québécois du commerce de détail (CQCD), which represents around 5,000 retailers.
