Slight dip in Opération Nez rouge's demand for 2017

There was a slight decrease this past holiday season in the number of people who used Opération Nez rouge to get home safely after having too much to drink.
Overall, 53,700 requests were made to the organization that employs volunteers to drive cars home for people during this holiday season, compared with 58,700 in 2016.
