Shorter commutes, fewer emissions feature in Quebec's 12-year transit plan
Quebec Premier Philippe Couillard released his administration’s goals Tuesday in terms of sustainable mobility for the coming 12 years, including cutting commuting time, reducing the amount of household income spent on getting to and from work, cutting the number of vehicles with just one person inside and reducing the amount of gas used by 40 per cent for transport.
