Shelter: Business student's empire building begins with Park-Ex condo

In some ways, 25-year-old Grégoire Bergeron Chiasson fits the stereotypical image of a middle-class millennial. In his leisure time, he likes to “dress up nicely” (though he draws the line at a tuxedo) and invite friends around to his bachelor pad to sample a variety of sophisticated cocktails. (One of his pals is an “awesome” mixologist.)
In common with many of his fellow 20-somethings, Chiasson doesn’t own a car, preferring to rent a vehicle if he needs one
