Shakira's Montreal concert postponed until August

A Montreal concert by singer Shakira, originally scheduled to take place at the Bell Centre on Jan. 19, has been pushed back until Aug. 8.
The singer is recovering from a vocal chord injury and, according to a statement issued by concert promoter Evenko, she needs more time to recover before her vocal chords are ready for touring.
The entire North American leg of her El Dorado World Tour, which was scheduled to take place in January, has been postponed.
