Severe thunderstorm watch, tornado risk issued for much of southern Quebec

Environment Canada has issued a yellow watch for a severe thunderstorm in effect for the island of Montreal, with conditions considered to be "favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms capable of producing strong wind gusts, large hail and heavy rain."
