Scoundrels steal thousands from Salvation Army on Christmas

Scrooge-like thieves robbed a Salvation Army branch in Quebec City overnight on Christmas.
Thieves made off with several thousand dollars from a safe in the Wilfrid-Hamel Blvd. branch, in the Haute-Saint-Charles/Des-Rivières borough.
The money was intended to help those in need. Now, the organization is appealing to the public to help raise funds to replace the stolen money.
