Schukov: Noise pollution of another kind

Suppose you lived across the street from a guy who liked to sit on his front porch in the West Island and play trumpet every morning at 7 a.m. And suppose he played the same note over and over again. Say, he did this every few seconds for a good 15 minutes. How would you like to be woken up that way every morning, seven days a week, rain or shine? I wouldn’t either. But I am. Only, it’s not by a bad horn player but a small yappy dog barking at ghosts.
