Schukov: 10 things to do with an abandoned water tower

I recently conducted a comprehensive survey of what to do with the Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue water tower along Highway 20 which is now slated to be touched up. (I believe the project has been named Lipstick on a Pig.) Anyway, after extensive consultation with one person who shall remain nameless, it was suggested that the town turn it onto a dog run.
