SAQ workers' third strike day is looming: It's Monday

Sales at 400 branches of the Société des alcools du Québec will be disrupted Monday as 5,500 employees in stores and offices hold their third strike day.
During the last strike day, Aug. 22, the majority of branches had to be closed. Some remained open because they were being run by managerial staff, as permitted by the Labour Code.
