SAQ employees strike again Monday after wildcard Sunday

Employees at Quebec’s liquor board are on strike for a second consecutive day Monday.
On Sunday, their union tried to surprise the Société des alcools du Québec (SAQ) by moving up a strike day that had been planned for Monday.
Monday’s strike day is the fourth of six planned one-day strikes for the employees, who have been without a contract since March 2017. The employees voted 91 per cent in favour of the strike days.
