Salmonella warning issued after several food poisoning cases in Quebec

Quebec’s ministry of agriculture, fisheries and food has issued a warning after several cases of salmonellosis food poisoning were reported in the province since the beginning of the year.
Most of the cases appear to be related to consuming raw or partially cooked chicken products, often breaded and sold frozen, after cooking or preparation methods have been inadequate.
