Saint-Henri garbage pile an eyesore for residents

Thu, Feb 22: There’s been a lot of finger pointing in Saint-Henri over a pile of trash that residents say has been there for months. As Global’s Dan Spector reports, neighbours say the city has not responded to their requests to have the garbage removed.
