Russell Copeman is named QESBA executive director
The Quebec English School Boards Association (QESBA) has named former politician Russell Copeman as its new executive director.
The association — which represents 100,000 students in 340 elementary schools, high schools and adult and vocational centres across the province — made the announcement Tuesday.
