It’s long overdue. The Cavendish extension, the missing link to connect both dead-ends of Cavendish to create another northsouth axis between Décarie Blvd. and Highway 13 has been talked about for almost 40 years. Had it been built in the 1980s, it could have been completed for under $20 million.
