Roadwork projects are having negative effect on businesses: survey

The many roadwork projects currently being done in Quebec have had major impacts on businesses, according to a survey conducted by the Canadian Federation of Independent Business (CFIB).
Some businesses have even considered shutting down because of multiple, prolonged or occasional road closures caused by construction and renovation.
